Reporting, carbon border, packaging, deforestation and supply chain rules are arriving on different dates with different thresholds, and several changed in 2026. Answer fifteen questions about your business and see which apply, when, and the first step for each.
This is a first screen against published thresholds, not legal advice. Nothing you type is sent anywhere unless you choose to send it with the form.
Enter at least your employees or turnover to see which rules apply.
Each rule is tested against its published thresholds as they stood on 29 October 2026, including the EU Omnibus changes to CSRD and CSDDD in force from 18 March 2026, the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards announced in September 2026 and the UK CBAM starting on 1 January 2027.
Applies means you pass the main threshold. Check means you are close to a threshold or one of its tests needs more detail. Indirect means the rule falls on your customers, who will ask you for data. Coming means the detailed rules for your products are not yet set.
Most thresholds have detailed tests on groups, years and definitions that a short screen cannot cover. Treat this as a list of what to confirm, not a legal opinion.
Waterfront Advisory turns new rules into a practical plan, starting with the data you already have.
