How would your supply chain hold up?

Twenty questions on suppliers, stock, visibility, contracts and logistics show where a disruption would hurt most: a supplier failing, a port closing or lead times doubling. You get a score for each area and the first steps to take.

Think about your most important products or the ones that make most of your margin. Pick the answer closest to today, not to the plan.

20 questions in 5 areas, about 6 minutes. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send your results.

How it works

The sums, in plain sight.

Each answer scores from 0 to 3. An area score is the average of its four answers, expressed out of 100. The overall score is the average of the five areas.

The three weakest areas are shown first, with steps matched to how far along you are. Questions reflect the main causes of supply chain disruption we see in practice: single sources, thin stock on critical items, poor visibility, weak contracts and single points of failure in logistics.

A self-assessment cannot see your supplier data. A proper resilience review maps your supply base beyond the first tier and sizes the cost of each scenario.

Know your weak points before they find you.

A short conversation is enough to agree what to test first.
