Medical Equipment Manufacturer
End-to-end transformation across process, people, systems and sustainability
The challenge

A leading medical equipment manufacturer facing margin pressure, operational complexity and growing sustainability obligations, with no clear roadmap to address all three at once.

What we did

Full end-to-end diagnostic across commercial, operational, systems and sustainability dimensions. Designed and implemented S&OP processes, overhauled logistics structures, and developed a product redesign recommendation for lower-impact manufacturing.

Wind Energy OEM
Commercial review and savings delivery across a multi-country supply base
The challenge

A global wind turbine manufacturer under pressure to reduce supply chain costs across a complex international supplier base without compromising delivery performance or quality.

What we did

Commercial diagnostic and structured savings programme. Identified and executed supplier cost reductions, restructured commercial terms and improved procurement efficiency across a multi-country supply base.

Consumer Goods Brand
Logistics redesign and far east supplier transition
The challenge

A well-established consumer goods brand facing rising logistics costs and supplier performance issues across its far east supply base, with complex inbound flows into the UK.

What we did

End-to-end logistics review identifying cost and resilience opportunities. Designed and managed a programme to transition far east supplier relationships, improving lead times and reducing single-source dependency.

Retail Group
Far east supplier review and commercial diagnostics for two major UK retailers
The challenge

Two major UK retailers needed an independent review of their far east sourcing to find where value was being left on the table across supplier terms, product costing and logistics.

What we did

Strategic supplier review and commercial diagnostics mapping the full cost base. Delivered a prioritised action plan covering supplier renegotiation, logistics restructuring and product cost reduction.

Quick-Service Restaurant Brand
A managerless restaurant concept for the future of QSR operations
The challenge

A growing QSR operator wanting a next-generation restaurant model that could run with minimal management overhead while keeping quality, consistency and commercial performance.

What we did

Developed the full operational and commercial concept for an autonomous restaurant: process redesign, technology integration strategy, staffing model, commercial viability and a phased implementation roadmap.

Quick-Service Restaurant Brand
Operations and menu review to improve commercial performance
The challenge

A growing QSR brand facing margin pressure and operational inconsistency across its estate, needing clear diagnostic insight and a practical improvement plan.

What we did

Operational review of unit economics, throughput and the service model. Menu profitability analysis identified low-margin lines and mix opportunities, with a sequenced, measurable improvement roadmap.

Higher Education Institution
Future-fit supply chain curriculum review and guest lecture
The challenge

A leading UK university wanted to know whether its supply chain curriculum was keeping pace with decarbonisation, digital transformation and regenerative business models.

What we did

Reviewed existing courses against the demands of a low-carbon economy, identifying gaps in sustainability, circular economy and digital content, and delivered a guest lecture drawing on live client work.

Public Healthcare Capital Programme
Supply chain model for a new hospital build
The challenge

A major new hospital build needed a supply chain strategy balancing commercial efficiency, resilience and stringent sustainability requirements across a complex, multi-stakeholder public sector environment.

What we did

Designed the end-to-end supply chain model: procurement strategy, supplier selection frameworks, logistics planning, risk and resilience design, and sustainability integration.

What we measure

Results, measured.

Every engagement starts with an agreed baseline, and results are reported against it.

  • →A costed baseline built from your own data
  • →The value of each opportunity, prioritised
  • →A plan the board adopts, with owners and dates
