Waterfront Advisory is where the group began. It was founded by Gopal Iyer after 20 years helping businesses across India, Asia Pacific and Europe untangle complexity, fix what’s broken and rethink how their supply chains run.

We are deliberately focused: one place for supply chain strategy, modelling and diagnostics for mid-sized businesses and investors. Senior people do the work, every recommendation comes with a cost and a value, and our advice stays independent of who delivers it.
